Drying and Floor Board Removal

This customer called us at SERVPRO of Anderson for minor water mitigation services. The water hose on their washing machine came loose, leading to standing water in the surrounding rooms. They were able to remove the water on their own and just wanted services to prevent growth from happening. Our production crew went out and set drying equipment to finish the job. After a couple days of drying, production determined that the floor board needed removal in a few of the affected rooms. The customers were happy to only have minimal reconstruction to complete post mitigation services.
